Terms and Conditions

ORDERING INFORMATION AND SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders from schools on an authorized purchase order will be shipped with terms being net 30 days from the date of the invoice. Actual shipping costs will be invoiced with a F.O.B. of Hampton, Illinois or the manufacturer. There is a minimum of $8.00 per order. All orders from individuals require full prepayment via check, MasterCard,or Visa. There is a minimum of $8.00 per order. We generally ship with UPS although in some cases we will ship U.S. Mail. We will accept international orders and ship via U.S. Priority Mail.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Any clearance items cannot be returned unless the item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase.

SALES TAX CHARGES

Illinois residents will be charged Sales Tax in the amount of 6.75%.

RETURN POLICY

If the item that you received is defective or the wrong size simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your money or exchange it for something else. We will not pay for shipping to us unless our error made the return necessary.
